Our History: United Investment Group, a trade name of 1st United Bank, was founded November 25th, 2011. 1st United Bank has been providing access to Financial Planning and Investment Services since 1999. Since 2011 these services are being provided through Infinex Financial Group. United Investment Group is led by Financial Advisor Greg Paine and Financial Advisor Assistant Nicole Borwege.

United Investment Group offers its financial products through its broker-dealer Infinex Investments Inc., who provide third party broker-dealer services located on the premises of community banks. Infinex was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Meriden, CT. As United Investment Group's broker-dealer, Infinex coordinates many relationships and services. These include but are not limited to, regulatory compliance, product review and strategic partnerships. Investment clearing and asset custodian services are provided by Pershing LLC, A BNY Mellon Company.
